Digital access
TradSys is delivered as digital access to a chart-based framework. Once access has been granted to a TradingView User ID, it is considered delivered.
Requesting a review
If you believe there has been a billing error or access was not delivered, write to tradsys1@gmail.com with your registration details so the request can be reviewed.
No performance-based refunds
Refunds are not issued on the basis of trading outcomes. TradSys does not promise or guarantee profits, and all trading decisions remain the responsibility of the user.
